Services

	Base Building: LMI works closely with the general contractor and the architect to coordinate the project from the ground up. During base- building work, LMI handles the electrical for the core of the building and the service entrance.
	Tenant Build-Out: Once a building is completed and tenants lease space, each tenant will design their space according to their needs. In addition, when new tenants come into the building and take over a space they often will redo the space to fit what they want. LMI works with the general contractor and architect to make sure that all electrical needs are met.
	Design Build: Some clients prefer the design build approach for their projects. LMI will work with the general contractor and architect to provice a GMP (gross maximum price). Upon approval, LMI works hard to complete the project on time, meeting the client's needs and under the GMP budget.
